Wälluddens Studentbostäder is operated by Vallabiten Fastigheter AB. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page describes what we collect, why, and for how long.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or book online we store your name, email address, phone number, the dates of your stay, the number of guests and whatever you write in the message. We collect nothing about you when you simply read the site.
Why we process it
The data is used to answer your request, carry out the booking and meet the requirements placed on us by accounting and hotel legislation. The legal bases are contract and legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Data connected to a completed booking is kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing on your device. The exception is online booking on the booking page: it is shown in a window from Sirvoy, which may use cookies to keep your booking together while you make it — never for advertising or tracking. To see how many people visit the pages we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures entirely without cookies and without identifying individual visitors — which is also why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner. No data is sold on, and we run no advertising networks that profile you.
Booking system
Online booking on the booking page is run by our booking system, Sirvoy, which processes your booking details on our behalf as a data processor. The booking engine loads only on the booking page. Your browser then fetches it from Sirvoy’s servers, which see your IP address as with any web visit. Your booking details reach Sirvoy only when you book. Requests sent through the form come straight to us and do not pass through Sirvoy.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of or erasure of your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us and we will help. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
